Victoria's Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic) is a government initiative promoting recycling of glass, plastic and aluminium drink containers, to reduce waste and protect our environment. The CDS Vic Seymore refund point, operated by J & J Equipment Hire is located at 129 Wimble Street, Seymour, Victoria 3660

Guidelines for Eligible Containers

We encourage everyone to participate in the CDS Vic program. When returning your eligible containers, please ensure they are clean, free of waste, empty of fluids, and with lids on. We do not accept crushed cans, broken glass, metal caps, or straws in Tetra Paks. By participating in the CDS Vic program, you are contributing to a greener environment and supporting local communities. The funds collected from CDS Vic are used to support community projects and charities.

CDS Vic eligible drink containers are smaller portable containers, such as glass or plastic bottles, aluminium drink cans, and juice containers, sized between 150ml and 3 litres. All eligible containers will display a label marked "10c".
